You can return products for an exchange (store credit) or ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is free for exchanges (store credit). For refunds, we charge a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The amount of the return shipping fee depends on which country you are returning from. Please send us an email to hello@clodama.com with your order # and we will get you sorted.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. The compostable mailer we used to send your order is resealable, so please use this to return products back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
